Our requirements

  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related engineering field
  • Min. 2 years of experience in Production support working in a distributed team

Your responsibilities

  • Skills and experience with Containers, Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Skills and experience with Hadoop and Kafka.
  • Skills and experience with Linux and UNIX.
  • Experience with Hazelcast.
  • Experience in working with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Ability to understand and write complex Database queries.
  • Skills and experience with Java, J2EE and scripting technologies.
  • Ability to analyze thread dumps, heap dumps, garbage collection and other related JVM components.
  • Working knowledge of production support processes such as incident/change/problem management, call triaging, escalation procedures using tools such as Service Now.
  • Strong execution and analytical abilities. Ability to solve complex production problems.
  • Dynamic, hard-working, and ambitious individual with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Prior working experience with payment and transaction domains is advantageous
