Product Designer (m/k)

Our requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience spanning both product design and visual/brand design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing advanced UX/UI capabilities, complex digital products, dashboards, data visualization, and marketing or brand-related projects.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
• Experience designing interactions, animations, and micro-interactions that enhance the user experience.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and pixel-perfect execution.

Optional

• Knowledge of video editing tools and workflows is considered an advantage.
• Experience working within SaaS, B2B software, technology, or cybersecurity-related environments is a plus.Creative Problem Solver: You combine strong design fundamentals with creative thinking and can independently solve complex design challenges.

Your responsibilities

• Product Design: Design intuitive product experiences, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes while contributing to the evolution of a scalable design system in Figma.
• Brand & Marketing Design: Create compelling visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, and industry events while maintaining visual consistency across all channels.
• Rapid Iteration: Work in a fast-paced environment where speed, quality, and continuous improvement are equally important.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution from concept to implementation.
• Design Excellence: Contribute to both strategic product decisions and hands-on visual design work across multiple initiatives.
