- Higher Degree or diploma in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
- Around 1-2 years of experience in engineering support, development, or technical coordination role
- Proficiency in product development and engineering tools (example: SolidWorks and or Creo)
- Ability to explain technical topics in a simple way
- Experience working with different teams or stakeholders
- Experience with Windchill RV&S is a plus

You’ll work closely with developers, engineers, and stakeholders across different countries, so if you like collaboration, you’ll feel right at home here!
Meet your Team
You’ll join a newly established Engineering team in Gniezno reporting directly to a Team Leader based locally. As the team is being built, you’ll have a real opportunity to influence ways of working, standards, and team practices from the ground up.
Although the team is locally based, it operates in a global context, supporting the wider organization and contributing to solutions used across multiple countries.
In terms of structure, two team members are responsible for maintaining clear, accurate, and up-to-date documentation, while the other two focus on technical development and ongoing support. We work closely with our colleagues in Denmark, where most of the core development takes place, so you’ll gain real international exposure from day one.
