Our requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in large, complex, multi-country or multi-stakeholder projects,
- proven ability to manage complex projects both remotely and on-site,
- strong experience in coordinating across technical teams, client leadership, public sector stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors,
- proven ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies,
- ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel, including technical implementation, training and education programs, governance, reporting, logistics, and partner coordination,
- excellent drafting and presentation skills in French and English (fluency in both languages),
- experience with project management methodologies (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, hybrid),
- experience with MS Project or equivalent project management tools,
- ability to work across European and African business cultures,
- willingness to travel frequently and work in dynamic field conditions,
- strong autonomy, discipline, and delivery focus.
Optional
- exposure to AI-related initiatives, particularly in the context of public institutions,
- relevant academic background,
- experience in Francophone regions and projects,
- experience in government or national-level programs,

Your responsibilities
- lead and coordinate complex cybersecurity, AI, and education programs across multiple countries,
- develop project structures, schedules (including Gantt charts), work breakdown structures (WBS), budgets, and governance processes,
- manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and financial performance,
- oversee multiple workstreams, including technical implementation, training programs, logistics, and reporting,
- prepare stakeholder reports, executive summaries, and materials for steering committees,
- ensure alignment across technical teams, public sector clients, subcontractors, and partners,
- manage escalations and conduct regular progress reviews,
- support effective collaboration in multicultural environments (Europe–Africa),
- undertake international travel and oversee field operations.
About the project
