Scrum Master (Junior / Regular)

Our requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role focused on ways of working
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and the Waterfall approach, including their limitations
• Comfortable with ambiguity and incremental improvement over textbook solutions
• Good communication and facilitation skills
• Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Very good command of English – necessary for everyday work in the international environment

Optional

• Experience working directly with business teams, not only delivery/tech teams
• Experience in a department or company going through growth or structural change
• Spanish or Latvian language

Your responsibilities

• Facilitating planning sessions, retrospectives, and day-to-day coordination across initiatives
• Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams
• Identifying blockers early and working with the team to resolve them, not just flagging them upward
• Supporting teams in understanding their own ways of working and improving them
• Being the first to develop and test new ways of working
