Our requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex cybersecurity projects or programs.
- Proven leadership experience managing project teams and vendor relations.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile practices.
- Experience with security technology implementations, including IAM/PAM, SOC/SIEM/SOAR, Vulnerability Management, Endpoint & Network Security, or Cloud Security.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in designing security scenarios and managing infrastructure during project implementation.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
Optional
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Prince2, PMI, or Scrum.
- Certifications in project management frameworks or cybersecurity standards.
Your responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end cybersecurity projects across multiple technological domains, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.

- Facilitate workshops, strategic planning sessions, and presentations for senior stakeholders, providing actionable insights.
- Manage vendor relationships, including RFP processes, negotiations, SLA oversight, and quality assurance.
