Our requirements
- 5+ years of Product Design experience.
- Strong experience designing consumer / B2C products.
- Proven experience designing real, shipped iOS applications.
- A portfolio demonstrating built and launched iOS products, not just concepts.
- Hands-on experience with user research and user testing.
- Ability to independently own the process from problem → ICP → research → UX/UI → implementation → launch.
- Experience working in a startup environment, comfortable operating with ambiguity and making decisions independently.
- Ability to challenge and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Founders.
- Strong skills in UX, UI, interaction design and mobile product design.
- Excellent product thinking and a strong eye for visual craftsmanship.
Your responsibilities
- Design real, shipped iOS applications for B2C users.
- Own the design process end-to-end — from identifying the ICP and problem, through research, user testing and prototyping, to implementation and launch.
- Work closely with Product & Engineering and actively contribute to product decisions.
- Challenge and defend design decisions when working with a highly experienced startup team.
- Create intuitive, engaging and delightful user experiences.
- Turn user feedback and research into clear product and design decisions.
Your portfolio should show only real iOS applications that were actually built and launched.
