Nasze wymagania
- 3+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC capabilities.
- Experience within Risk, Compliance, Audit, TPRM, and Privacy domains.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments.
- Experience working with external implementation partners.
- Experience with greenfield ServiceNow implementations.
- Ability to balance implementation activities with long-term platform ownership
- Advanced English - at least B2+/C1
Twój zakres obowiązków
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to IRM, GRC, TPRM, and Privacy processes.
- Facilitate workshops with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Security, and Business stakeholders.
- Define business requirements, user stories, and process improvements.
- Support implementation, testing, and deployment activities.
- Participate in solution governance and design reviews.
- Ensure operational readiness, documentation, and support processes are established.
- Act as a functional lead and subject matter expert for assigned capabilities after go-live.
- Manage enhancement requests and drive continuous platform improvements.
- Support regulatory, audit, risk, and compliance initiatives.
