- Proven experience working with ServiceNow platforms and implementations.
- Strong background in Business Analysis, Process Design, and Requirements Management.
- Experience with one or more of the following areas:
- ITSM (IT Service Management)CSM (Customer Service Management)IRM / GRC (Integrated Risk Management / Governance, Risk & Compliance)TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management)Privacy Management
- Hands-on experience with workshops facilitation, backlog readiness, UAT, and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Experience driving business readiness, process alignment, and user adoption is highly valued.
- Advanced English - at least B2+/C1
