  • master's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in areas related to Service Delivery Management
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and team dynamics
  • proficiency in agile software delivery and experience with agile at scale frameworks (e.g. SAFe)
  • proven ability to drive engagements at both the executive (CxO) level and with delivery execution teams
  • proven records of financial accountability and the ability to manage project budgets and financial reporting
  • excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to operate in a constantly changing landscape with strict timelines and outcomes
  • innovation and continuous improvement mindset to drive project success
  • very good knowledge of German and English

As an engagement manager, you are responsible for outcomes. Your project
Application Development & Maintenance (ADM Center) provides comprehensive end-to-end IT services from business specification, through software development, implementation, to application maintenance using leading it technologies and management methods.
We enthusiastically institute solutions in the fields of DevOps, SRE, low code, broadly understood Automation and AI.
