Your responsibilities
- Direct delivery & governance - hands-on management of key software projects, ensuring quality, scope control, and Agile best practices.
- Portfolio & P&L ownership - manage the financial health and profitability of your assigned client portfolio.
- Client partnership & strategy - build trust-based relationships with international clients and lead Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Business growth & pre-sales - partner with Sales on expansion plans, upsell/cross-sell, and late-stage deal pipelines.
- Al & operational innovation - introduce Al-assisted delivery practices, metrics, and automation to boost margins.
- Strategic alignment - partner with Heads and executive leadership on overall business goals.
- Operational excellence & escalations - primary escalation point, implementing swift risk mitigation.
- Team leadership - coordinate engineering leads and cross-functional teams for delivery excellence.
