- Bachelor’s degree in IT area is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in billing, invoicing, or high-volume operational environments.
- Strong familiarity with CRM and billing platforms, advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, data validation, large datasets) and Power BI expertise for reporting.
- Deep understanding of the Polish energy market and knowledge of operations within electricity and/or gas sectors are highly preferred.
- Data-driven mindset with sharp attention to detail and high numerical accuracy.
- A fast learner who takes full ownership of projects and results.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and always looking for ways to eliminate inefficiencies and improve workflows.
- Native Polish and professional working proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
Your responsibilities
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to optimize invoicing workflows and document management.
- Oversee the end-to-end invoicing process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Validate high-volume meter data processing.
- Manage complaint process for both Distribution System Operators (DSOs) and customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Support and Customer Care, to ensure seamless operations.
