Your responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI

About the project
At NATEK, we are looking for a PowerBI Developer to join an HR transformation program as part of a broader implementation of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors. The initiative focuses on building a modern HR ecosystem supporting payroll, employee data management, and advanced HR reporting capabilities.
The project is delivered in an international environment involving business teams from Poland and technology partners from Switzerland. A key focus will be building reports and analyses supporting HR processes such as payroll, employment, absences, and organisational KPIs for approximately 1,800 employees.
We are looking for someone who can work independently with business stakeholders, translate requirements into reporting solutions, and deliver clear dashboards supporting decision-making.
Engagement: 0,5-0,75 FTE
