- Practical experience in software testing
- Good understanding of software testing processes and methodologies
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Fluent German (minimum B2) – mandatory
- Good command of English for working in an international environment is an advantage
