- Proven experience as a Test Manager or in a senior test leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience creating test strategies, concepts, and comprehensive test plans.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present testing status and risks clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Fluent German (mandatory).
Your responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the test process and overall quality assurance for the assigned product or project.
- Develop clear test strategies, test concepts, and detailed test plans aligned with project goals and timelines.
- Allocate tasks, coordinate and manage testing resources, and ensure effective capacity planning.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the testing lifecycle.
- Prepare concise status reports and communicate progress, blockers, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to align on priorities and acceptance criteria.
- Support defect triage and resolution, and help clarify functional and non-functional requirements as needed.
About the project
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to take ownership of the testing process and quality assurance for a defined product or project.
