- 3+ years in project management, delivery lead, or similar: in software product development
- Fluent with Agile: Scrum, Lean, or whatever works — you understand the principles, not just the ceremonies
- Strong stakeholder management: C-level to dev, you communicate clearly with all of them
- You've run multiple projects at once without losing the thread
- Ownership mindset: you don't wait for someone to tell you there's a problem
- Hands-on with Jira, Google Workspace, AI productivity tools
- Polish and English at B2+ level
Optional
- Available for Gliwice office once a week + occasional travel
- Service design experience or launching new services
- Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD, code review workflows
