• HERE IS WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions such as: SAP PM/EAM/MM, IBM Maximo, HxGN (Infor) EAM, IFS EAM plus knowledge of maintenance and reliability processes across the asset lifecycle
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
• Project Management skills and proficiency in analyzing and translating Business Requirements to Technical Requirements and IT Architecture;
• Experience in Project Management Activities including planning, deliverables development, project execution monitoring, managing stakeholders’ relationships, mitigating risks and managing change requests
• Change Management in review of existing processes and procedures, definition of future state processes, development of training material and delivery of training sessions to business users.
• Operational experience in the manufacturing sector is highly desirable;
• Excellent Business English communication skills (written & spoken). Knowledge of German or French would be appreciated

Your responsibilities

• Working closely with client business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide optimal solutions in the areas of Enterprise Asset Management and Plant Maintenance;
• Leading EAM platform solutioning, implementation and enhancement projects, including planning, design, fit/gap analysis, build and configuration, testing, cutover and any other deployment activities;
• Collaborating with other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other ERP modules
• Master Data Management and Governance focused on assets maintenance operations, MRO supply chain, quality assurance and warehouse management
• Development and implementation of APM Solution (Asset Performance Management) to help our clients create value from Digital Asset management capabilities by streamlining operations, optimizing workflows and maintaining best practice of asset management
