  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Your responsibilities

1. Strategy & Offering Development
  • Support the development and refinement of manufacturing-focused solution offerings, services, and accelerators
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments
  • Assist in creating thought leadership materials, pitch decks, capability documents, and use cases
  • Help structure and document internal methodologies, frameworks, and client-agnostic solution approaches
  • Support roadmap visioning for digital transformation initiatives and identify areas of business value for clients
  • 2. Presales & Business Development Support
  • Assist in identifying and researching prospective clients and opportunities
  • Support the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations
  • Contribute to solution scoping, value proposition development, and pricing/costing discussions
  • Help build client-facing credentials and success story materials to support business growth
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align client needs with solution capabilities
  • 3. Client Engagement & Delivery Support
  • Assist in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business analysis activities
  • Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and observations
  • Contribute to workshops, stakeholder interviews, and client assessments to identify use cases and priorities.
  • Support roadmap development and prioritization for client initiatives
  • Provide strategic support for ongoing client accounts
  • 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with strategy, engineering, product, UX, and delivery teams
  • Help translate business needs into structured problem statements, features, and solution requirements
