Your responsibilities

  • Drive operational excellence by overseeing daily Master Data Operations, ensuring accurate and efficient request processing, effective queue management, prioritisation of critical tasks, and adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and operational controls.
  • Lead a high‑performing team by building, motivating, and developing Master Data specialists through coaching, mentoring, regular feedback, performance reviews, and thoughtful capacity and workload management.
  • Strengthen stakeholder partnerships by serving as the primary operational contact, providing clear communication on performance and priorities, managing escalations, and translating stakeholder needs into actionable operational plans.
  • Champion continuous improvement by assessing performance, identifying optimisation opportunities, driving root‑cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to enhance processes, tools, and service quality.
  • Support transformation initiatives by contributing operational expertise to MDM transformation efforts, shaping process and service design, and ensuring alignment with data standards, policies, and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure organisational agility by preparing the team to adapt to evolving business requirements, organisational changes, and governance needs while maintaining high service quality and resource efficiency.
