Our requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working as a SAP HCM Consultant
  • Strong understanding specifics of German payroll
  • Experience in SAP system configuration, including creating functions, rules, and payroll
  • Very good communication skills when working with clients and internal Teams
  • Proficiency in German and a good command of English

Your responsibilities

  • Independent processing and tracking of incidents, HOT fixes, and change requests for Atos' end customer in the following modules:
  • Payroll accounting (SAP HCM PY) GERMANY
  • Personnel administration (SAP HCM PA)
  • Knowledge of the local specifics of German payroll accounting and communication with authorities (ELStAM, ELStAM-PKV, DEÜV, rvBEA, etc.) is required
  • checking incoming channels for new inquiries, providing quick feedback and communicating with the applicant and the Atos project manager
  • Analysis of requirements, evaluation, implementation, test support, and create documentation of customer requirements
  • Short-term emergency interventions in the event of disruptions in the SAP payroll system
  • Technical implementation of payroll accounting, including preparatory work and follow-up activities in the SAP system
  • Support for HRSP imports and SPDD/SPAU comparisons
  • Import of preliminary OSS corrections
