Our requirements

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Performance & Goals, Succession & Development)
  • Experience in HR application support and maintenance (AMS, ticket handling)
  • Hands-on experience in implementing changes and managing system releases
  • Knowledge of SAP GRC in the context of roles and authorizations
  • Very good communication skills when working with clients and internal Teams
  • Proficiency in German and a good command of English

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of processes and applications within the Performance & Goals (P&G) landscape
  • Handle support tickets within the Persy Postaccount support system
  • Ensure proper filing and archiving of DIALOG forms in personnel files across the Group (from March onwards)
  • Proactively collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to optimize and enhance processes
  • Independently implement approved system changes within standard solutions (excluding department-specific customizations)
  • Lead and coordinate IT-side implementation activities related to changes and enhancements in the P&G area
  • Ensure integration of SAP GRC with P&G, particularly in the context of role provisioning and access management
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute biannual system releases, including organizing meetings with business units and tts, and managing testing activities
  • Create and manage SAP support tickets with SAP as required
