  • experience leading engineering teams through transformation and scaling phases
  • strong technical background with hands-on engineering experience
  • recent practical experience with AI-first development, LLM-based systems, or agentic AI workflows
  • experience in SaaS or product-driven environments
  • ability to build technical credibility with senior engineers and technical stakeholders
  • experience connecting business strategy with technical execution
  • understanding of modern software architecture, cloud environments, infrastructure, and engineering operations
  • strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • ability to operate effectively in fast-changing and ambiguous environments
  • English at C1 level or higher

About the project

We are looking for an experienced AI Transformation Lead to support a fast-growing product organization during a key scaling and transformation phase.
This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strong engineering background, technical credibility, and practical experience with modern AI-driven development. You will work closely with executive stakeholders, product leadership, and engineering teams to help shape technical direction, delivery processes, and AI-first engineering practices.
The role is particularly suited for leaders who enjoy operating in fast-changing product environments, building engineering culture, improving execution, and helping organizations adopt modern AI-native workflows.
