Our requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity with strong DLP expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with at least two DLP products (Symantec, Proofpoint, Trellix).
  • Strong understanding of Data in Motion and Data in Use Security concepts.
  • Experience in agent and system administration (on-premises and cloud).
  • Policy management and handling endpoint-related exceptions.
  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills (e.g., Confluence, Jira).
  • Familiarity with testing methods; test automation is an advantage.
  • Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Solid knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance requirements in financial services.

  • Previous experience engaging with regulators and auditors.
  • Broad knowledge of data security, privacy, and anonymization standards.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance DLP platforms (Symantec, Proofpoint, Trellix).
  • Design, deploy, and optimize DLP policies, including exception handling.
  • Administer DLP agents and systems both on-premises and in the cloud.
  • Collaborate closely with Control Owners, Service Owners, and Technology teams to ensure compliance, system performance, and effective risk management.
  • Monitor and report service performance using agreed metrics.
  • Act as a global DLP subject matter expert, advising teams and stakeholders.
  • Apply Agile principles in planning, testing (including automation), and defect management.
  • Contribute to strategic projects and audits for cybersecurity compliance.
