- Proven experience in .NET development and cloud migration projects.
- Strong knowledge of containerisation technologies (Kubernetes, AKS).

- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing technical teams.

- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of developers, testers, and technical experts, fostering collaboration and high performance.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead Engineer to lead the migration of multiple applications to a cloud-based (Microsoft Azure) environment using .NET and containerisation technologies. This role requires strong technical expertise combined with leadership skills to guide development teams through a complex transformation journey.
