  • 6-8 years of combined experience and education in product management, supply chain, or healthcare operations
  • 2-3 years of experience as a product (not project) manager or business analyst
  • Strong end-to-end delivery skills, from scoping to guiding a team through delivery
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with roadmap development and prioritization
  • Experience with user discovery and business process mapping
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders with no technical background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • English skills C1 or higher
  • Polish skills C1 or higher
  • Willingness to travel internationally

Optional

  • French language skills
  • Experience working on health technology in a developing country
  • Data analytics skills (advanced Excel, basic SQL, or BI software)

  • The ideal work hours for this position are 6 am - 2 pm Eastern Time, but could be shifted 1-2 hours later or earlier.

Your responsibilities

  • Act as product manager and primary business analyst for the WMS app, our client's global supply chain system, assisting a team of 8 developers and QAs to deliver updates and new features
  • Design new features and improvements, lead ticket specification and estimation, and coach team members in ticket creation
  • Lead the annual roadmap development process for the WMS app
  • Work with support and implementation team members to triage bugs and emerging requests and plan them into the development cycle
  • Manage integrations between WMS and other software used across our client's operations
  • Develop and implement feature adoption plans for each quarterly release, and track adoption metrics to share key learnings with the team
  • Maintain connections in the digital health and open-source communities by attending conferences and contributing to joint initiatives
  • Support funding opportunities for the WMS app and help deliver grant-funded commitments on time and with quality
