Our requirements

  • Engineering background in embedded systems, software development, or simulation
  • Proficiency in C for embedded software development
  • Solid understanding of embedded systems and AUTOSAR architecture
  • Ability to work with version control systems (e.g. Git)
  • Good communication skills in English

Optional

  • Experience with SYNOPSYS Silver or similar virtualization tool
  • Familiarity with Simulink, plant modelling, or FMI/FMU-based simulation
  • Comfort with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, Bash, or similar)
  • Understanding of communication protocols such as CAN and LIN, including signal-level behavior (Tx/Rx)
  • Exposure to AUTOSAR configuration artifacts like ARXML, A2L, and NVM definitions
  • Familiarity with build systems (e.g. Make, CMake) and cross-compilation for host execution

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and integrate virtual ECUs for SIL environment, based on AUTOSAR architecture
  • Build interfaces between the SIL environment and plant models, communication buses, and test automation tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute simulation strategies
  • Optimize simulation performance and fidelity for large-scale system integration
  • Analyze and debug SIL infrastructure issues
  • Document architecture, workflows, and usage guidelines for internal teams

Recruitment process
