Nasze wymagania

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, Cyber Security, Systems Administration, or Network Administration.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Understanding of network security concepts, firewalls, VPN technologies, and access control.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and permission management.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel.
• Good understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of core networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
• Ability to investigate issues, troubleshoot problems, and support incident resolution.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Good written and spoken English.

Mile widziane

• Experience with Fortinet/FortiGate firewalls.
• Knowledge of Cyber Essentials, Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 27001, or similar security frameworks.
• Experience with endpoint security, vulnerability management, and system hardening.
• Microsoft, Fortinet, CompTIA Security+, AZ-900, SC-900, or similar certifications.
• Basic PowerShell scripting or automation experience.
• Experience working in a multi-site or international business environment.

Twój zakres obowiązków

• Support the security and governance of Microsoft Azure environments, including access management, monitoring, and security best practices.
• Assist with the administration and maintenance of Fortinet/FortiGate firewalls, VPNs, network segmentation, and security policies.
• Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes, including user lifecycle management, MFA, conditional access, and permission reviews.
• Assist in maintaining Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus compliance, supporting audits, documentation, and security reviews.
• Monitor and manage security-related licences, ensuring accurate allocation and effective licence governance.
• Monitor security alerts, analyse logs, investigate incidents, and support threat detection activities using SIEM and related security tools.
• Contribute to security hardening initiatives across cloud, network, endpoint, and identity platforms.
• Support cybersecurity and infrastructure projects by assisting with implementation, testing, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain and update security policies, procedures, technical documentation, and configuration standards.
• Provide day-to-day IT and security support, including ticket handling, troubleshooting, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
• Assist with the configuration, maintenance, and secure management of laptops, network devices, and other office hardware.
• Support monitoring of network availability, failover testing, infrastructure resilience, and network performance optimisation.
• Maintain network documentation and collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable infrastructure operations.
