Our requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Windows 7/10 environments, Microsoft Office suite, and enterprise desktop support tools
  • Solid technical skills in hardware troubleshooting, PC/laptop assembly, imaging, device configuration, and peripheral support (printers, scanners, docking stations)
  • Experience using ITSM/ticketing systems (call logging tools) and incident/service request management processes
  • Knowledge of Microsoft patch management, software deployment, and endpoint update processes
  • Familiarity with mobile device support (iOS/Android) and basic Mac OS troubleshooting in enterprise environments

Your responsibilities

  • Provide onsite and desk-side IT support by troubleshooting Windows 7/10 operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and basic network/connectivity issues, ensuring incidents are resolved within SLA
  • Perform PC/laptop build, configuration, imaging (“Gold image deployment”), hardware diagnostics, and replacement of faulty components, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Support enterprise workplace technologies including video conferencing systems, printers, scanners, and mobile devices (iOS/Android), as well as data backup and restoration activities during incidents
