  • Highly organised with strong administrative knowledge and skills.
  • Efficiency across Microsoft Office Excel, Confluence and SharePoint.
  • Significant demonstrable experience of working in a change environment, either in a portfolio or programme/project office or in a delivery capacity.
  • Financial Services / Banking knowledge.
  • Good planning & time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently, and under own initiative with a sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Display good negotiation and influencing skills and can use these skills appropriately even under pressure.

Your responsibilities

  • IT Controls and KCI, cost allocations and recharges to Business entities.
  • Cloud, Data and Outsourcing governance.
  • IT Applications consumed by Swiss Business entities, IT Impairments linked to the consuming Business entities.
  • Major IT Deliveries impacting the Business entities, IT Delivery Services materiality assessments.
  • Intra Group Service Agreement breaks.
  • Records Management for the IT department in Switzerland.
  • Swiss IT Procedure recertification, swiss hosted vulnerabilities.
