Our requirements
- Proven experience in software development using Python and/or C#.
- Hands-on experience delivering enterprise automation solutions from concept to production.
- Strong knowledge of API development and system integration (REST, SOAP, webhooks, Microsoft Graph API, OAuth).
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data as well as ETL or data processing workflows.
- Practical experience with one or more automation platforms, such as: Microsoft Power Platform / Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, Apache Airflow, UiPath, n8n, Zapier or Make
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native development.
- Understanding of software engineering best practices, including Git, testing and CI/CD.
- Experience building AI-powered automations using Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on mindset.
Optional
- Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse Analytics.
- Knowledge of Data Engineering, ETL processes and Data Lake/Data Warehouse architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio or Agentic AI frameworks (e.g. LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, RAG, vector databases).
- Experience in Business Analysis, enterprise system integrations or Finance/Tax Technology and ERP environments.

Your responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain intelligent automation solutions using Python and/or C#.
- Build end-to-end automation workflows leveraging scripts, workflow orchestration, APIs and AI-powered agents.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Develop integrations between enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, Microsoft Graph API and authentication mechanisms.
- Design and implement ETL pipelines and data processing solutions.
- Build AI assistants, copilots and autonomous agents using Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI frameworks.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure solution quality, scalability, maintainability and security by following software engineering best practices.
- Drive innovation by introducing modern AI, automation and integration technologies across business processes.
