Our requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, or workflow automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, VS Code, and orchestration tools such as Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/Node.js/Scala, and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform or CloudFormation).
- Experience with MCP servers and data platforms such as OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, Neo4j, or vector search technologies.
- Strong English communication skills and experience working in international teams.
Optional
- Experience in automotive or other regulated software environments is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO 26262, ASPICE, MISRA, and ISO 21434 is an advantage.
Your responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain platforms supporting GitHub Copilot Custom Agents.
- Build and manage MCP servers, developer context databases, and lightweight RAG pipelines.
- Integrate solutions into SDLC processes through workflow automation and orchestration.
- Ensure compliance with software quality, security, and engineering standards.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to improve developer productivity.
